Support Notices and Recognized Issues

As part of our ongoing effort to provide our customers with the best possible experience with our props, when we get a prop in for repairs we rarely just preform a simple fix and ship it out again.

We do everything that we can to identify the cause of the issue and then we figure out how to prevent it from happening again in the future. Every mistake made, whether it's ours or that of our customers, is viewed as a lesson. 

We apply these lessons to every prop that we build from that point forward.

In the spirit of openness and transparency, we will make an effort to post some of the lessons we've learned and experiences with had in designing our props and and modifying our designs.
